Jane Cox
Co-founder, Executive Coach & Trainer
I’ve always had a coaching approach and a love of learning.
Following a health scare and period of healing and deep introspection, I woke up to what truly matters in life. And once you have that clarity of purpose and passion it’s impossible to look back. Making a difference matters to me. I feel completely blessed to live a life aligned with my passion for coaching, positively impacting others on a daily basis. And in the process, I’ve had fun building a fabulous career as an executive coach that’s already spanned two decades!
My approach
I put you at the centre of my world. I’m client focused; committed to ensuring you achieve your desired outcomes, whatever those may be. My growth mindset means I believe we are all “work in progress” with potential and natural talents, some of which have yet to be discovered!
Working together, we’ll set goals, explore options & clearly define success. I’ll encourage you to make the changes necessary to achieve your objectives, to overcome obstacles, building your motivation and confidence, and celebrating your progress. I’ll challenge you to maintain your wellbeing, keep your commitments and stay on track.
Throughout our collaboration, you can be assured of my full support. I’ll be a safe sounding board. I’ll provide you with objective and trustworthy feedback, my impressions of working with you, and I’ll give you the space to think and reflect on the impact you’re having.
Together we’ll create the environment you need to optimise your development.
Previous experience
In my early career, I had Operational Management responsibility of 30 + entertainment venues, ran a £10m P&L, and led significant change programmes impacting up to 11,400 employees. In addition, I’ve held Director and senior management roles in Financial Services, Retail and Hospitality. My last corporate role was HR Director in the insurance sector.
I’ve partnered with Executive teams and co-created global people strategies, led executive development programmes, and had a significant focus on succession planning, and talent development.
I now work with leaders across many different geographies and functional disciplines, from first time managers to leaders at board level. My extensive business and leadership experience across a diverse number of sectors means I’m able to embed my commercial and business acumen into my coaching practice. We speak the same language - I understand the ever-changing complexities of organizational structures, as well as the conflicting commercial and cultural considerations.

“I have really enjoyed working with Jane. It’s great working with someone I can fully trust and also has many tools to make changes in how I think. I am able to open up and talk about issues that I would not share with anyone else at work.”
“Very genuine and personable, Jane encouraged a two-way dialogue and really challenged me on my own behaviours and how I could be the agent of change in my own development, would heartily recommend her.”
“Jane brings a balanced perspective to issues, has good commercial judgement and is highly empathetic. She is always able to retain a sense of perspective and to find ways to cut through on complex topics, however fraught the situation”
